Is REBOULO® one company?
No. It is a business network of separate registered entities in Portugal, the UAE and Egypt. Each contracts in its own name.
How quickly do you reply to an RFQ?
We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day and to send a proposal once specifications are confirmed.
Are prices shown on the website?
No. Prices depend on specification, volume, destination and Incoterm, so every quote is prepared individually.
Which languages can I use?
Arabic, English and Portuguese.
Do you offer financial or investment advice?
No. Real estate and investment-related services are marketing and coordination only.
Where is my data stored?
See the Privacy Policy. Inquiry data is shared between network entities only as needed to answer you.
Power Systems PWR
Where are REBOULO® generators made?
In Türkiye, by our manufacturing partner GENEREKO, under the REBOULO® brand.
What is the difference between kVA and kW?
kVA is apparent power; kW is real power. Most generator ratings assume a power factor of 0.8, so a 100 kVA set delivers about 80 kW.
Standby or prime rating?
Standby covers grid outages for limited hours per year. Prime is for sites where the generator is the main power source with variable load.
Do you supply 60 Hz units for Saudi Arabia?
Yes, configurations can be specified for 60 Hz markets. Confirm voltage (e.g. 220/380 V or 230/400 V) in your RFQ.
Can you supply a datasheet before ordering?
Yes. Every proposal includes the manufacturer datasheet for the configured model.
Contracting CON
Do you rent with operators?
Yes, wet rental (with operator) and dry rental are both possible depending on country and machine.
Can you source used machinery?
Yes, with inspection reports, hour-meter readings and service history where available.
What is the minimum rental period?
It depends on machine class and mobilisation distance; it is stated in each proposal.
Fresh & Frozen AGR
What is the minimum order?
Typically one 40 ft reefer container per product or mixed load where packing allows. Smaller trial loads can be discussed.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB, CFR and CIF are common for sea freight; others can be quoted on request.
Can you pack under our private label?
Yes, subject to artwork approval and destination labelling rules.
Are the seasons fixed?
Seasons shown are indicative for Egyptian origin and vary with weather and variety. We confirm availability per order.
Meat Export MTX
Can you ship to the EU?
Only from establishments listed as approved for EU import of that product. We check eligibility before quoting.
Is the meat halal?
For Gulf destinations, product is supplied with a halal certificate from a body recognised by the importing country.
Chilled by air or sea?
It depends on shelf life and distance. Air suits short shelf life; sea suits vacuum-packed chilled with longer life.

Do you give investment advice?
No. We market property and coordinate the process. For financial advice, consult a licensed adviser in your country.
Can foreigners buy property in Portugal?
Yes, there is no general restriction on foreign buyers. A Portuguese tax number (NIF) is required; your lawyer will confirm the steps.
Consulting PMC
Do you help with Portuguese residence permits?
We prepare and coordinate the administrative process; legal representation is provided by a licensed lawyer.
How are fees structured?
Fixed-fee projects or monthly retainers, agreed in writing before work starts.
